I will help you understand how to support your body with food timing and choices to help you think, feel and perform well.

You may be new to shift work, a new parent experiencing a topsy-turvy wake / sleep pattern for the first time, or you just feel you can improve your current routine of eating pre-packed / takeaway and processed foods on the go?
Whatever your circumstances, the Health Analyst offers an audit of your food diary and lifestyle, medication and supplements. Your personalised health plan will aim to meet your goals by increasing your food diversity and maximising nutrients, particularly for energy balance and weight management.
Designed to help you if health issues are affecting your energy levels. What happened to your vitality? Stresses and strains, aches and pains may be holding you back from living your full, energised life. You may be so used to the niggling symptoms, you didn’t realise that there may be something we can do about them.
Additionally, if your body clock is out of balance, we will identify how, when and what to eat to best support your wake-sleep pattern.
We will have fortnightly contact to support and motivate you throughout the programme, encouraging you to follow and develop your personalised health plan to work with your lifestyle.

The aim of this Gold level programme is to enable you to master your own health management through nutrition practices and lifestyle coaching, to rediscover and maintain your vitality.
Taking six months to prioritise your health means we can take small, manageable steps which you are more likely to find sustainable long term. Some detective work may be required as we look at you as a whole person, to identify possible causes to your ongoing symptoms or concerns. Time is spent behind the scenes between your sessions researching your case, aiming to find you the best evidence-based advice and support.
Fortnightly contact throughout the programme helps your motivation & progress.
We will collaborate on a personalised health plan to support you, recommending foods and meal timings to nourish you.
We will share appropriate recipes with you, plus you will receive two live virtual cooking sessions with Anna tailored to build your confidence in the kitchen, perhaps trying something new to add to your armoury of healthy meals.
Nutrivival specialises in nutrition consultancy for round-the-clock organisations and services. Acquiring the skills for your team to support their own day-to-day health can be refreshing, rewarding and empowering.
Learn how the five areas in S.E.N.S.E (Stress Management. Exercise. Nutrition. Sleep. Emotional Balance) overlap and interweave, and how you can balance each one. Providing this awareness and training for your workforce can build resilience and demonstrates a proactive approach to staff wellbeing.
Training is tailored to your business and will address the areas of circadian rhythm (natural body clock rhythms) and chrononutrition, if you employ shift workers.
Each session lasts for two hours and includes discussions in practical behaviour change. Recommended group size 10-15 people.
Designed for round-the-clock businesses to support both shift working and non-shift working staff with the promotion of their health and wellbeing, this programme consists of four in-house presentations and online question and answer webinars.
Shift workers are at greater risk of chronic health conditions than non-shift workers, likely due to living against their natural body clock rhythms.
Feed Your Body Clock combines nutrition education and coaching tools to encourage healthy eating practices, including night shift nutrition for physical and mental wellness.

Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences, where a personalised approach promotes individual health and wellbeing.
A 30-minute one-to-one Health and Nutrition Assessment with a registered Nutritional Therapist helps individuals consider their current dietary practices and possible effects on their health.
During the assessment, we endeavour to identify and prioritise one or two key recommendations for each individual to adopt, based on their habits, symptoms and goals, tailored to promote their health. A proactive role in managing self-care is encouraged.
Organisations are invited to schedule an additional follow-up session after an agreed period, usually 6-8 weeks, to assess progress.
Nutrivival will provide timed slots for up to 12 allocated assessments per day.
